Burj Azizi

Burj Azizi rises 725 metres above Sheikh Zayed Road, offering the only freehold residential units directly on Dubai’s main business corridor. The tower spans around 133 floors of luxury apartments, suites and penthouses above an all-suite seven-star hotel.

Amenities are designed to be record-setting in their own right, including the highest observation deck, nightclub and hotel room in the building, alongside vertical retail and holiday-home formats. Construction is under way for completion in 2028–2029.
